The manufacturer recommends the following:

• For a relaxed fit: Order 1 size up
• For a loose fit: Order 2 sizes up
• For an oversize fit: Order 3 sizes up

Please use the Size Chart on each product to ensure you are ordering the correct size.

A good way to understand the size chart is to lay your favorite shirt at home flat and measure armpit to armpit and compare the measurement to the size chart in the photos.

PLEASE WASH BEFORE WEARING. A pre-treatment is added during the printing process and your item needs to be washed before wearing so that it doesn't fade in the sun or run if it is raining.

• Machine wash cold (max 30C or 90F) with like colors
• Wash the item inside out to protect the print
• Do not bleach
• Tumble air dry and hang up
• Iron on low heat, inside out, and not directly over print
• Do not dry clean

Additionally, all the physical accessories and decor that you see in the photos are not included.

Direct to Garment (DTG) printing is used.

DTG produces sharp, detailed, and vibrant full-color prints. The ink soaks into the fabric, making the print feel soft and comfortable to wear.

With proper care, DTG prints can be durable and long-lasting, and it can be used on a variety of fabrics, including cotton.

DTG printing typically uses water-based inks, which are considered more environmentally friendly than solvent-based inks used in other printing methods.

Processing Time:

Coffee & tea orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Merchandise is typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

• DHL / OnTrac / UPS / FEDEX: Typically 5–8 business days after processing
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories: May take an additional 7–12 business days

We are a US based company and currently ship throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories, as well as FPO and APO locations.

International shipping is not offered at this time.

Coffee & Tea: Due to the nature of the product and food safety concerns, returns or exchanges are not accepted for these items.

Apparel & Merchandise: All purchases are made to order, so there are no returns or exchanges.

Please make sure you are using the size charts and double check the color before placing your order.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a clear photo of the product and packaging.

If you are unable to provide photos of both the damaged product and the shipping packaging, your request may not be approved.

Because each item is made to order, cancellations or modifications must be made within 2 hours of ordering.
